Griezmann sick of transfer speculation

Cape Town - Antoine Griezmann admits he has grown tired of the transfer speculation surrounding his future after repeatedly stressing his desire to stay at Atletico Madrid.

Griezmann only penned a new five-year deal at Atletico last summer after starring for France in the European Championships.

However, the 26-year-old is being eyed by a host of European heavyweights, with Manchester United the most strongly-linked suitor to the attacking midfielder.

Griezmann admits former Man United man David Beckham was one of his idols as a youngster, but after previously indicating his reservations over playing in the Premier League, he has once again reiterated that he wants to stay at Atletico.

"It's always the same question and I now don't know what to say," he said.

"I find myself repeating myself and I certainly see myself here. I feel it's an answer that I've given so many times now but that very question is quite tiring."
