Dortmund signs Schurrle from Wolfsburg

Germany - Borussia Dortmund says it has signed attacking midfielder Andre Schurrle from Bundesliga rival Wolfsburg.

Schurrle signed a five-year contract, Dortmund has added a second member of Germany's World Cup winning squad in two days, following Thursday's acquisition of Mario Gotze from Bayern Munich.

Schurrle, who played for Chelsea before transferring to Wolfsburg in February 2015, provided the cross for Gotze's winning goal against Argentina in extra time of the 2014 World Cup final in Brazil.

The 25-year-old will be reunited with coach Thomas Tuchel, who was in charge when Schurrle played for Mainz.
