Real Madrid go pink

Cape Town - Real Madrid have unveiled their 2014/15 strips and the European Champions have gone with a pink away strip.

Real Madrid unveiled their Adidas new strips at their stadium Santiago Bernabéu with players Xabi Alonso and Angel Di Maria playing roles in the announcement.

According to the official club website, "the second kit is even more of a break from tradition. The main colour is fuchsia, a concept never seen before in the club's 112-year history.

The crest will create a unique and impressive visual impact as it is made entirely in pink and white."

The Real Madrid Adidas jerseys will incorporate Climacool technology, which helps regulate body temperature during play.
