Inter sweat on Jovetic update

Milan - Inter Milan's top scorer Stevan Jovetic has been sidelined for up to 10 days with a thigh injury, according to reports on Tuesday.

On-loan Manchester City forward Jovetic scored three goals in Inter's opening two games but is not expected to return to action until Inter host champions Juventus following the international break on October 18.

Inter have emerged as Serie A's early season title candidates following a 100 percent start that was only ended in a stunning 4-1 home defeat to Fiorentina on Sunday.

Fiorentina now sit top of the league thanks to superior goals difference, with Juventus 10 points adrift amid their poor start to the season.

Jovetic is also expected to miss upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers for Montenegro, who host Austria then travel to Russia.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
