Cape Town - West Ham United goalkeeper Darren Randolph reveals manager Slaven Bilic retains the complete backing of the squad despite a disappointing start to the season.
Bilic was appointed at the start of last term and had a fantastic first season in charge, leading the Hammers to an impressive seventh in the Premier League and contributing to the emergence of Dimitri Payet.
However, this season has not gone to plan at all and they have won just three of their opening 12 games ahead of another tough fixture against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Randolph maintains the squad retain complete faith in their manager and will not let a couple of bad result change that.
"We are 100 percent behind him. There were no problems last year when we were winning games and we're not going to turn our backs on him now," he told reporters.
"Last season the confidence was massive and that definitely got us through. The manager has always said not to let that little bit of doubt creep in and don't lose confidence.
"We are no lesser team than we were last year. We are still the same set of players in the main. We are all together and there is no issue here with the manager."
