Wanyama expected to sign four-year Spurs deal

Cape Town - Kenyan International Victor Wanyama has successfully completed his medical at Tottenham Hotspur and is expected to pen a 4 year deal and later be unveiled today officially.

Wanyama is currently finalising person terms as he awaits to re join his former manager Mauricio Pochettino SuperSport.com can exclusively reveal.

Tottenham Hotspur And Southampton agreed on a 11 million pound deal for the move that sees Wanyama as the first player to be signed in the transfer window to help bolster the side that finished third in the EPL in the 2015/2016 season.

Wanyama arrived in the UK from Kenya on Sunday night and had his medical on Monday evening he is expected back in Nairobi on Wednesday to continue with his holidays before pre season .

Wanyama has had a chequred career that has seen him play locally in Kenya for Country bus,AFC Leopards ,JMJ Academy before he moved to Sweden where he had a short stint at Helsinborg before moving to Germinal Beerschot where he was spotted by Scottish giants Celtic.

Wanyama later moved to Southampton before being signed by Tottenham Hotspur yesterday.
