Cape Town - West Ham United centre-back Winston Reid believes the club's new signings have adapted quickly to their new teammates and will help the team improve this campaign.
The Irons suffered a 4-0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford in their opening Premier League clash of the season, but Reid has backed the likes of Javier Hernandez, Pablo Zabaleta, Marko Arnautovic, and loanee Joe Hart to make the difference for them.
"It does help that the players we have signed have played in the Premier League before," he told West Ham's official website.
"I’m sure that, once we get things gelling and have had another week working hard on the training pitch, we’ll be a lot better.
"The new players have fitted in perfectly and they’ll help us move forward."
