Perez: I'm comfortable at Arsenal now

Cape Town - Arsenal forward Lucas Perez revealed that he has settled in at the club and is looking forward to helping the team finish the season on a positive note.

The Spaniard took his goal tally for the Gunners to seven on Monday night as they beat Sutton United 2-0 in the FA Cup fifth round.

Perez, who arrived at the Emirates Stadium in a £17 million move from Deportivo La Coruna during the off-season, made a slow start to his career in the capital, but now feels ready to push on and become a regular starter.

He said in an interview with Arsenal Player: "It was still quite a change for me to get used to the English league when I moved here from Spain. Everyone needs some time to adjust.

"Players are all different, so some take longer to adapt than others. Now I feel really comfortable and I've fitted in well to the team - that's particularly important for a player."
