Cape Town - Everton striker Romelu Lukaku admits he is fed-up with Everton's inability to start games on the front foot, after their 3-2 defeat to Watford on Saturday.
After an impressive start to life under Ronald Koeman, the Toffees' season has fallen apart with only one win from their last 11 games in all competitions.
Everton's latest loss, at Vicarage Road, has irked their star striker, who feels his side are lacking concentration and conceding sloppy goals in the process.
"It's always the same story. We always need to get a knock before we react and that needs to stop," he told the Liverpool Echo.
"We need to work harder and be focused. We need the fans at Goodison as well and we need to get them back onside.
"We need to talk as a group, we can't continue like that. We need to show a bit more maturity and be honest with each other as well."
Lukaku has scored nine goals in 14 Premier League games this season.
