Cape Town - Everton striker Romelu Lukaku hasn't ruled out staying at the Merseyside club for the foreseeable future, despite being linked with various major European clubs.
The Belgium international has scored 21 goals in the Premier League season to date, more than any other player, and has been linked with the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Juventus over the course of the current domestic campaign.
After snubbing a new deal with the Toffees last month it was suggested that the 23-year-old had already agreed terms with another club, but after Everton's 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Tuesday night, the former Anderlecht youth admitted he could stay at Everton for a prolonged period.
"I want to create history at the club," Lukaku is quoted as saying by the Daily Express.
"I want to push for a top four spot and I think we must aim for this.
"Personally, I just want to improve and become a better player than I am today."
