Cape Town - Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho has denied reports claiming that Paris Saint-Germain have launched a bid for his services.

After the Brazil international's sensational hat-trick on Wednesday evening, in a 7-1 demolition of Haiti in the Copa America, the 23-year-old claimed he had no been informed of any bids from the Ligue 1 champions.

"As far as I know, there's no offer," he said after the game.

"I'm here with the national team, this subject is for my representatives. More important for me is to be here, focused on the national team and having a good tournament. That's where my head is."

The diminutive playmaker then went on to admit the Brazilians were in good spirits ahead of their final group B fixture against second-placed Peru.

"We had a good game and are leaving here happy," he added.

"We have to keep our focus for the next game. We have to be dreaming about big things, but we also have to prepare well for the next game. Peru is a very strong team."
