Kluivert denies Wenger to PSG rumours

Cape Town - Paris Saint-Germain director of football Patrick Kluivert says there is no chance of Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger taking over the reins at the French club.

Reports in France have speculated that Qatari-owned PSG will look towards the experienced coach if Unai Emery fails to retain the Ligue 1 title.

The defending champions trail leaders Monaco by three points with eight games remaining and are looking for a fifth consecutive league triumph.

However, after the Spaniard secured his first silverware with Les Parisiens in the Coupe de la Ligue and the recent progression to the Coupe de France semi-finals, Kluivert has come forward to deny the Wenger rumours.

"Wenger at PSG? This is false," he told reporters. "Not true. There is a zero percent chance that this will happen.

"We are very happy," Kluivert admitted after the 4-0 win. "We put in a good performance. The result was the most important thing."
