Everton sack Martinez - reports

Cape Town - Everton manager Roberto Martinez has been sacked, SkySports television said quoting unnamed sources.

The Spaniard, who has been in charge for three years, has been under increasing pressure after a poor season in which Everton are on course for a mid-table Premier League finish.

The Merseyside club is yet to confirm the sacking but an official announcement is imminent according to reports.
