Cape Town - Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has admitted that the Blues players will look to manager Antonio Conte to keep them focused on the task at hand, as the Premier League reaches its conclusion.

The Stamford Bridge side maintained their seven-point advantage over Tottenham Hotspur at the top of the table when they beat Bournemouth last weekend.

The result meant Chelsea will be crowned champions for the second time in three years should they win five of their last seven matches.

Conte's side take on Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, and Courtois said the team will continue to do their utmost to claim another crucial victory.

"A lot of players have the will to win, but sometimes if winning becomes a habit, the hunger might drop and you will lose some games," Courtois told the press.

"But it's always nice to have a manager who keeps the players at the level they need to have, who keeps our focus and doesn't allow us to drop our guard.

"To win the title, we just have to do the same as we have done over the last few months. We have to stay calm, whatever happens.

"We just have to keep our winning mentality and fight until the end."
