Cape Town - Former Manchester United defender and captain, Nemanja Vidic, could be on his way out of Inter Milan according to the player's agent.

The Daily Star report that Silvano Martina, Nemanja Vidic's agent, has opened the door for his player's exit from the Serie A giants.

“He’s fine,” Martina told Fc-Inter.net.

“Inter are a great club, and any player would be happy to wear the Nerazzurri shirt.

“Will he be at Inter next season? I’m not a magician, I can’t see the future.”

Vidic has struggled to cement his place in the Inter side, making just 15 appearances this season.

Martina's latest comments have increased speculation that Vidic could be set to make a sensational return to Old Trafford in the summer.

Vidic spent nine seasons at Manchester United before the Serbian defender left the club at the end of last season on a free transfer after the Red Devils decided not to offer the Serbian defender a new deal.
