Cape Town - One of the most powerful men in football, Jorge Mendes is looking to move a client to the English Premiership.

The Express report that Joao Moutinho could be swapping Monaco for England.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Man Utd are possible destinations for the Portugal midfielder as Mendes attempts to broker a £30 million move for the disgruntled star.

Joao Moutinho reportedly wishes to follow Radamel Falcao and James Rodriguez out of the Ligue 1 club with Mendes tasked with finding a buyer.

Monaco have now sealed Champions League qualification which may complicate a potential move for Moutinho.

It remains to be seen if one of the leading English clubs will make a move for the 28-year-old midfielder.

Mendes has close links with Manchester United after playing a key role in the transfers of  Radamel Falcao and Angel Di Maria to the Red Devils.
