Suarez reaches 30-goal mark

Luis Suarez scored his 30th Premier League goal of the season at Norwich City on Sunday, becoming the first Liverpool player to achieve the feat since Ian Rush in 1987.

The Uruguayan reached the milestone in the 11th minute at Carrow Road, converting a left-wing cross from Raheem Sterling to register his 12th goal in his last five appearances against Norwich.

Suarez is now one goal short of the record goal tally for a 38-game Premier League season, which is jointly held by Alan Shearer and Cristiano Ronaldo.
