New York - Tottenham Hotspur will play Major League Soccer's All-Stars on July 29 at Commerce City, Colorado.
Spurs will be the eighth Premier League opponent in the game in 11 seasons, following Fulham (2005), Chelsea (2006 and 2012), West Ham (2008), Everton (2009) and Manchester United (2010 and 2011).
The MLS All-Stars also have played Glasgow Celtic (2007), Roma (2012) and Bayern Munich (2014).
"We'd like to thank Major League Soccer for the invitation to take part in the 2015 All-Star Game," manager Mauricio Pochettino said in a press release.
"The fact that this will be our only fixture outside of Europe during pre-season says a lot about how we view this game.
"We know the quality of the facilities will be top-class and we see this fixture against the best players from MLS as good preparation."
Spurs have also committed to a post-season tour of Malaysia and Australia.
