Spurs look to offload Crouch

London - Tottenham are looking to offload striker Peter Crouch ahead of the start of the 2010/11 English Premiership season on Saturday.

According to the Daily Mirror website, the England player was offered to West Ham as part of an unsuccessful proposed swap deal for Scott Parker, but Liverpool and Everton are said to now be interested.

Both Liverpool coach Roy Hodgson and Everton boss David Moyes are said to be admirers of the six-foot-seven striker, but his fee would have to be realistic because his wages are so high.

Spurs are at home to big-spending Manchester City in Saturday's opening English Premiership match.

Meanwhile, Crouch's fiance Abbey Clancy is expected to forgive the 29-year-old striker after reports of his affair with a teenage prostitute on a bachelors weekend in Madrid.

Crouch was accused of paying 19-year-old Algerian prostitute, Monica Mint, £829 for sex on a friend's stag weekend.
