London - Tottenham has reached a deal to re-sign Robbie Keane just six-months after his transfer to Liverpool.

Keane would be the third former Spurs player manager Harry Redknapp has brought back to White Hart Lane. The agreement was announced on Liverpool's Web site shortly before the close of the month long winter transfer window.

The Ireland international has failed to establish himself as a regular in Rafa Benitez's side despite the club paying 20 million pounds for his services.

Redknapp said he is "thrilled and delighted" Keane is coming back.

He was sold to spurs for 12 million pounds, thats an 8 million pound loss. Fool fans should start up a collection and donate their pocket money to the club afterall charity does begin at home.

To think that liverpool paid spurs 8 million pounds over a period of six months so that Keane can warm their bench and they paid keane's salary. I must say, big up to spurs management, they know how to take candy from a baby
