SEVEN transfer rumours to watch

Cape Town - The January transfer window is nearing it's close but there is a lot of action still happening behind the scenes.

Here are the SEVEN best transfer rumours from Tuesday:

1. DOUGLAS COSTA- Shaktar to Chelsea

The Brazilian midfielder is desparate to play for Chelsea and hopes that his Ukraine club will be flexible with their valuation on him.

“I put my situation to them and they said they would try to help me. Now, we’ll see if it comes to an agreement.”

Costa also admitted he is desperate to play for Jose Mourinho. He said: “To play at Chelsea is a dream for any player... but really, what catches my eye is the coach." (The Mirror

2. PAUL POGBA
- Juventus to Manchester United or Chelsea

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri  hinted that Pogba could depart the Turin club, if a huge offer came in for him.

"To win games, you need to have strong players, otherwise there wouldn’t be players worth 100 million euros (£75 million) and others worth five", Allegri said.

"Everything has a value in life, unfortunately, and the outstanding players are hard to replace, but things always move on in football." (Metro)

3. ADNAN JANUZAJ - Manchester United to PSG

It would seem the talented young Belgian is very much apart of Louis van Gaal's plans.

"Yes, PSG have shown themselves to be interested this winter," De Vriese told French website Foot Mercato. "They directly contacted Manchester United for information.

"But Louis van Gaal announced that he [Januzaj] cannot leave this winter. Not as a permanent transfer nor as a loan." (The Telegraph
