Rooney hat-trick in Utd win

Bolton - Wayne Rooney scored a hat-trick and Javier Hernandez added two to help Manchester United rout Bolton 5-0 to continue their perfect start in the Premier League.

United followed up their 8-2 thrashing of Arsenal with another high-scoring display, as Hernandez netted the opener after just four minutes before Rooney added another two before halftime.

Hernandez made it 4-0 in the 58th before Rooney made it 10 goals in his last six appearances for United and England midway through the second half.

It was Rooney's second straight hat-trick in the league after also scoring three against Arsenal.

United top the table with 12 points from four games, ahead of Manchester City on goal difference.
