Ramsey inspired by Wembley

London - Arsenal's FA Cup final match-winner Aaron Ramsey is relishing his return to Wembley for Sunday's Community Shield against Manchester City, but he has urged his team-mates to keep aiming higher.

The Welsh midfielder ended Arsenal's nine-year trophy drought at the national stadium in May by drilling home a powerful left-foot shot in extra time to give his side a 3-2 win over Hull City.

The goal gave Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger sweet relief after several seasons of underachievement, but Ramsey wants to make sure that the club use it as a springboard to further success.

"The feeling we had was the best feeling I've had on a football pitch after a game," he told a press conference at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday.

"We definitely want that feeling again, and as quickly as possible. We want to win things this year and we have a great possibility to do that.

"We've got over the hurdle of having not won anything for many years. We put that to bed by winning the FA Cup and now we want to build on that.

"There's a shield to be won and we all want to win that, so we're going to approach it like it's the first game of the Premiership. It's a big game for us and we'll try to approach it like that."
