Ozil set for Arsenal stay

Cape Town - Mesut Ozil took to Twitter to confirm his loyalty to the London club amid reports he's unhappy at Arsenal.

Various reports link Bayern Munich with an interest in the German playmaker.

Ozil suffered a partial lateral collateral ligament tear in his left knee and is expected to be out of the game for up to 12 weeks. 

Ozil's tweeted the following message to his fans:


The tweet seems to indicate that the player is keen on staying at Arsenal.
