No Dortmund move for Pienaar

Johannesburg - Steven Pienaar has yet to renew his contract with English Premier League club Everton, which expires at the end of the season, leading to much speculation regarding the player's next move.

A number of top teams have enquired after his services and the skilful midfielder has become one of the most sought after players in Europe.

While Everton are still keen to renew the South African international's contract, latest media reports have linked the player with a move back to his former German Bundesliga team Borussia Dortmund.

According to Pienaar's agent Rob Moore, however, speculation that the player may be making his way to Germany is completely false.

"The Dortmund rumour is absolute nonsense," said Moore when quizzed by the Siya crew.

Other clubs that have shown interest in the player include Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Inter Milan.
