Manchester - Manchester United striker Michael Owen is to become a dad for the fourth time - and has told friends he is "absolutely delighted" about the new addition.
Owen and childhood sweetheart Louise broke the news to their thrilled family this week after getting the all-clear following a three-month scan. The baby is due on March 3.
Owen has three children with wife Louise, 29 - Gemma Rose, six, James Michael, three, and Emily May, one.
According to The Sun website, a family friend said: "Michael and Louise have always been desperate to have a massive family.
The family share a lavish £1.6 million home in Northop, Flintshire. The 17th-century mansion is set in acres of rolling parkland.
Owen has scored two English Premiership goals in his total of eight appearances this season for United following his off-season move from relegated Newcastle.
