Liverpool to ‘Klopp’ Spurs?

Cape Town - Only one of our forecasters fancies Liverpool to mark the much-hyped managerial arrival of Jurgen Klopp with a Premiership win on Saturday.

The majority view is a stalemate in the visit down south to fellow mid-tablers Tottenham, which seems a fairly “sensible” pick.

Manchester United tackling the other Merseysiders, Everton, is another pretty big ‘un, although you get offers of all results from our experts on that fixture.

Each round of the 2015/16 Premiership season, a panel of our staff has a crack at predicting the results – do the exercise yourself, if you like, and see how you compare afterwards.

Compiled by Rob Houwing (Newcastle-partial), the others are Garrin Lambley (Everton), Herman Mostert (Chelsea), and a quartet of Manchester United devotees in Tashreeq Vardien, Wade Pretorius, Lloyd Burnard and Maano Nekhavhambe.

Three points are awarded for an entirely correct scoreline, and one for right result.
