Cape Town - French striker Loic Remy has hit out at Liverpool over his failed move, labeling the club "not very honest" over the transfer saga.
The Daily Star report that Chelsea's new signing, Loic Remy, has slammed Liverpool's handling of their transfer dealings.
Liverpool agreed a £8.5 million fee for the transfer of Remy but failed to finalise the deal citing health concerns following the player's medical with the Merseyside club.
Remy has not hit back at Liverpool and has slammed their conduct over the proposed move.
"I was not scared. I know exactly what I have, I met all the specialists in the world. A lot of players share the same situation as mine and Liverpool know it."
Remy, who spent time on loan at Newcastle United last season, is still struggling to get to grips with the decision taken by Liverpool.
"I did not understand Liverpool's decision." said the striker.
"It was not very honest from their side."
