Liverpool eye Eto'o move

Cape Town - Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is still in the market to sign a striker to fill the gap left by Luis Suarez's departure to Barcelona.

According to The Guardian, The Reds are considering a move for Cameroon forward Samuel Eto'o, who is now a free agent after being released by Chelsea at the end of last season.

Rodgers is determined to add a striker to his squad before the transfer window closes at the end of the month, and although an official offer has not yet been made, Liverpool have added Eto'o into the mix of several names being discussed.
