Cape Town - Following his sensational form for new club Manchester City, Frank Lampard believes he will leave in January.
Manchester Evening News report that Frank Lampard is ready to call time on his stint for Manchester City.
“I am contracted here until January,” said Lampard.
“I am enjoying every minute of training at this level and being able to get game time.
"That is as far as it goes at the moment.”
“Speculation has come because of a couple of goals,” Lampard said.
“But at the moment there is nothing to be said.”
The former England international famously scored against long time club Chelsea to earn the Sky Blues a 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium during the English Premiership clash in September.
Lampard's parent club, New York City, do not begin their first MLS season until March 2015.
