Cape Town - After winning promotion to the English Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Derby County, Queens Park Rangers Manager Harry Redknapp is looking to add more experienced players to his squad to help his side cope with the demands of the top flight.
According to the Metro, both Frank Lampard and Rio Ferdinand are in talks over a possible move to Loftus Road.
Both Lampard and Ferdinand are out of contract at Chelsea and Manchester United respectively and are available for no transfer fee.
Redknapp has offer the Chelsea midfielder a one-year contract with an added option of staying on for an extra 12 months, while United defender Ferdinand could be given a deal until January.
The QPR boss has worked together with the duo before at West Ham United and looks forward to the exciting new prospect of working with them again, and insists that the pair, who are both 35 this year, will bring much needed experience to his squad.
