Cape Town - West Ham United's New Zealand defender Winston Reid is on the verge of an exit from the in-form English Premiership side.
The Mirror report that Winston Reid looks set to depart the Hammers in January.
The 26-year-old defender has been in fine form this season as a central figure to Sam Allardyce's side's brilliant form.
West Ham are currently in fourth position on the table as the league enters the crucial December period but the honeymoon may be over with Reid demanding a massive pay increase.
The London club are reportedly unwilling to match Reid's demand as the player's contract runs down.
West Ham are now considering cashing in on Reid, who has attracted interest from Liverpool and Arsenal, before his contract expires and he leaves on a free transfer at the end of the season.
The Hammers are still hopeful that the strong defender will snub a January move to continue with the club as they pursue finishing in a Champions League spot.
Reid has feature in all but one of West Ham's 15 league fixtures this season and has scored one goal for the London club.
