Gabriel red card overturned

London - Arsenal defender Gabriel had his red card against Chelsea overturned on Tuesday.

The FA upheld a claim from Arsenal of wrongful dismissal following the sending-off, which occurred in a contentious battle at Stamford Bridge

As a result, Gabriel's three-match suspension was rescinded but he remains subject to a charge of improper conduct.
