Cape Town - Manchester United flop Marouane Fellaini's move to Napoli may be off as the teams are unable to agree on a fee for the Belgian international.

The Daily Star reports that while Fellaini has agreed personal terms with the Serie A club, Manchester United are unwilling to let the player leave on a loan and would prefer a permanent move.
After being told that he does not feature in Louis van Gaal's plan, Fellaini has accepted that his United career is now over and agreed to a transfer.
Napoli want the lanky midfielder to join on loan initially with a view to a permanent move.
The move is hanging by a thread at the moment due to Napoli's reluctance to match the Red Devils' valuation of the player. Reports suggest United want as much as £18 million for the player who they signed just less than a year ago for £27.5 million.
Fellaini is not the only midfielder linked with a move away from Old Trafford, with both Nani and Anderson on the list of players that will depart the club in the summer.
