Cape Town - Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal reacted mirthfully after being handed a list of suggested transfer targets by a disabled supporter during a recent charity event.

A video published on United's website shows Van Gaal and several first-team players meeting fans suffering from life-limiting illnesses at the club's Carrington training base as part of a 'Dream Day' organised by the Manchester United Foundation.

One fan hands Van Gaal a sheet of paper listing players with whom United have been linked, including Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels, Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba and Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale.
