English clubs eye Toprak

Cape Town - Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are all keeping tabs on Beyern Leverksen star defender Omer Toprak.

The 25-year-old, who was involved in a nasty go-karting accident in 2009 and was left with life threatening injuries, has recovered from the incident to become one of the best defenders in Germany.

The Turkey international, who has earned 23 caps for his country, is known for his speed and ability to read the game and according to the Daily Star, is looking for a new challenge in England next year.

Toprak's current deal at Leverksen runs until 2018 and the club are under no pressure to sell him.
