Cape Town - Although teams have been actively busy luring players to their respective clubs, the transfer window only officially opened today. Here are the latest international transfer updates.

Swansea City midfielder Jay Fulton has penned a new four-year contract to stay at the Liberty Stadium.

Hull City confirmed the signing of Robert Snodgrass on a three-year deal from Norwich City.

Ivan Perisic could be set for a move to Italy this summer after the Wolfsburg winger’s agent admitted to holding talks with a number of Serie A sides including Napoli, Inter Milan, AC Milan and Roma.

Skyports reports Kosovan outfit Hajvalia, who won last season's Kosovar Cup and finished sixth in the league, have made an opportunistic offer to take Luis Suarez on loan. With Kosovo not yet recognised as a full FIFA member, they believe the Liverpool striker's ban would not stand. Director Xhavit Pocolli told Kosovan daily Sport Plus “Suarez can't play in the next four months. As we are not part of FIFA yet, I think he can play in Kosovo, so we have an offer that we will send to Liverpool.”

Reports in Spain claim Atletico Madrid have made a €31m offer to acquire Mauro Icardi and Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic from Inter Milan.

According to The Express Manchester United will have to splash out £50m to land Arturo Vidal as the Chilean prefers a move to Old Trafford over Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

Chelsea target Filipe Luis rejects Atletico talks to force Stamford Bridge move.

England midfielder and Chelsea great Frank Lampard will reportedly join Spanish striker David Villa in a guest stint at Australian club Melbourne City next year.
