Cape Town - After the midweek English Premiership action, Sport24's Wade Pretorius chooses the EPL Team of the Week.
All the latest English Premiership news - including league table, top goalscorers and fixture list.
English Premiership Team of the Week 25:
1. Petr Cech (Chelsea) - Replaced Thibaut Courtois in the starting lineup and made Jose Mourinho break his own tradition. Cech did more than enough against the Toffess to make this week's team.
2. Daryl Janmaat (Newcastle United) - Edged out Manchester United youngster Paddy McNair for the right back spot this week. Decent run out for the Dutch defender.
3. Cesar Azpilicueta (Chelsea) - Sneaks into the line-up this week, partly due to a decent performance and partly due to the lack of standout performers in Week 25.
4. Chris Smalling (Manchester United) - Scored the opener just 21 seconds after coming on for Phil Jones, the centre-back then surprisingly added another just before half-time to hand the Red Devils the lead.
5. Joleon Lescott (West Bromwich Albion) - Played a key roll in the Baggies keeping a much needed clean sheet in their 2-0 win over Swansea City.
6. James Milner (Manchester City) - He had the crowd chanting "Please stay, please stay" as he scored one and made another. The England international is out of contract in the summer.
7. Jordan Ibe (Liverpool) - Starred for Liverpool in an end-to-end fixture against Spurs. This youngster is another star in the making.
8. Willian (Chelsea) - Reminded the league and his manager of his qualities and scored the game's only goal to see the Blues edge past Everton.
9. Mesut Ozil (Arsenal) - Two assists delighted the Arsenal faithful and this week's selectors. Arsenal will be hard to beat in the race for Champions League places if the German international continues this form.
10. Sergio Aguero (Manchester City) - Two goals from the Argentine as City demolished Stoke. Showed in this game just how lethal he is.
11. Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur) - Penciled into the team before this gameweek kicked off and rightly deserves his place. Kane has now scored 11 goals in his last 10 league outings.
