EPL January transfers XI

Cape Town - With the transfer window having slammed shut, Sport24 selects the EPL January transfers XI.

After "only" was spent during the January transfer window, there are not as many players "putting their hands up for selection" for the 2015 EPL January transfers XI.

Chelsea, one of the busiest teams, contribute the most to this side with Juan Cuadrado and Andre Schurrle both making the side despite the fact that Jose Mourinho only wants one of the two mentioned players in his Chelsea side.

Ivory Coast star, Wifried Bony, leads the line after his £25 million move to Manchester City.

In goals, Victor Valdes beats Mark Schwarzer to start for this famous side despite the Spanish goalkeeper not yet making his Manchester United debut.

EPL January transfers XI:

1. Victor Valdes (Manchester United)

2. Ryan Bertrand (Southampton)

3. Kyle Naughton (Swansea)

4. Matija Nastasic (Schalke)

5. Gabriel Paulista (Arsenal)

6. Darren Fletcher (West Brom)

7. Andre Schurrle (Wolfsburg)

8. Jack Cork (Swansea)

9. Juan Cuadrado (Chelsea)

10. Lukas Podolski (Inter Milan)

11. Wilfried Bony (Manchester City)

*Only players moving to, or from, English Premiership clubs are eligible for selection
