Cape Town - South African midfielder Kagisho Dikcagoi is on the verge on completing a deal to join Championship club side Cardiff City.
There were growing reports that the ex-Golden Arrows player was set to turn down a contract offer at Crystal Palace but it now a number of sources are reporting that Dikcagoi is set to sign a three year contract at the Welsh based club.
Wales Online are reporting that the Cardiff City Bluebirds will confirm the signature of the South African player in the next two days.
Dikcagoi will be the fifth summer signing by manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer after the Norwegian had already added Adam Le Fondre, Javi Guerra, Guido Burgstaller and Federico Macheda.
Cardiff City will be looking to immediately return to the top-flight of English football following their relegation at the end of the 2013 campaign.
