Cabaye nears Premier League return

Cape Town - Former Premier League star Yohan Cabaye could be making a summer move back to the Premier League, according to reports.

The Guardian reports that Crystal Palace are "in dialogue" with Ligue 1 giants, Paris Saint-Germain over the sale of Yohan Cabaye.

Cabaye joined Newcastle in 2011 from Lille and after impressing during the latter half of his time on Tyneside, caught the attention of PSG. He joined the French champions in January 2014 for £19 million.

The France international has struggled to cement a place in the star studded PSG midfield and is now eyeing a move back to the Premier League.

Crystal Palace are favourites to land Cabaye in a deal estimated to be worth £10 million but the English club will also have to smash their wage record to secure a deal for the 29-year-old star.

Crystal Palace have made no other signings this summer.
