Bale to become a Blue?

Cape Town - Stamford Bridge is being linked as the latest destination for Real Madrid's reportedly out-of-favour Gareth Bale.

On Tuesday, Bale's agent denied reports linking his player with a return to England but rumours continue to circulate that the Welsh wizard could leave the Spanish capital.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, Chelsea are interested in an end of season bid for Bale.

Reports in Spain claim thatBale, an £85 million signing from Tottenham Hotspur only a year ago, does not fit Carlo Ancelotti's new formation.

Bale is fighting for a starting role at the club after Isco's fine early season form has seen the young Spaniard thrust into the spotlight.

Bale has scored 28 goals in 58 appearances for Los Blancos.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
