Cape Town - Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has revealed that Arsenal have made an offer for highly-rated forward Paulo Dybala.
Dybala, who has been called the "new Messi", has scored 13 goals for Palermo this season and his goalscoring form has also attracted interest from the likes of Juventus, Roma, Manchester City and Chelsea.
Zamparini is determined to launch a bidding war for the 21-year-old Argentinian.
