Agent: Pienaar still undecided

Johannesburg - Steven Pienaar is unhappy regarding the speculation surrounding his Everton future, his agent, Ivan Modia, has revealed.

Several big-name clubs have been linked with the South Africa international as his contract at the Toffees comes to an end in June.

However, Modia has moved quickly to quash the talk, insisting that no decision has been made as of yet and that all involved are growing tired of the rumours.

"The player has not made his mind up," Modia told Sky Sports.

"The player just wants to concentrate on his football, I cannot make that any more clear.

"It gets to the point now, where if I responded to every piece of speculation about Steven Pienaar, I would not be able to do anything else, it would be a full-time job doing that.

"I want to make it clear that nothing has been decided, and Steven is committed and dedicated to the Everton cause, and I think that is evident with some the fantastic performances he has been producing of.

"This is the last time I will be commenting on such speculation, when the time is appropriate will make an announcement."

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
