1 000 minutes later and still NO goals for Reds trio

Cape Town - When Daniel Sturridge got injured two months ago, Brendan Rodgers played down the impact that 

Rodgers paid Southampton £4 million for England striker Rickie Lambert, then he splashed the cash by bringing in Mario Balotelli for £16 million and Fabio Borini returned from a successful loan spell at Sunderland.

But how have Sturridge's three replacements fared?

The Metro have painted a picture called: "Liverpool goals in last 1000 minutes"...


The biggest culprit? Mario Balotelli! He's gone 685 minutes without scoring a goal!
