their players return from friendly matches for Bafana Bafana against
Poland in Warsaw and Kenya in Nairobi last night.
Khumalo, a former Bafana player, said that staging the Telkom last 16
clash so soon after the players' return "did no justice to the game".
The six Chiefs players who toured with Bafana are Itumeleng Khune,
Eric Mathoho, Reneilwe Letsholonyane, Siphiwe Tshabalala, George Lebese
and Bernard Parker.
The PSL said Amakhosi had complained about the Friday fixture when
the dates for the Telkom Knockout matches were announced last week.
But, according to the league, shifting the games around would have "inconvenienced everyone".
