Zidane: Real need to go out and win

Cape Town - Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane insists his team will not change their approach when they take on Napoli in the Champions League on Tuesday, despite their lead.

Los Merengues take a 3-1 advantage into the second leg of their last-16 tie against the Partenopei in Naples.

However, Zidane doesn't want his players to change their style of play and has urged them to fight for another victory.

He told the press, according to the Daily Mail: “[The lead] does not change anything, we cannot alter our mindset.

“Whether we are drawing, or even three or two or one goals up, it cannot change our attitude. It’s important for us to keep the mindset that we’ve had so far. We always go out and play our game and try to win.

“I’m not worried, I know that we are playing against a great team. There will be some brave players and we’ll see a great match, but we have our game-plan. For them that start will be very intense as they have to score.”

Kick off is at 21:45.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
