Arsenal fight back to draw

London - Arsenal has fought back from two goals down against Barcelona to earn a 2-2 draw from a late penalty by Cesc Fabregas after the visitors earlier put on a ruthless display in their Champions League quarterfinal.

Barcelona pounced all over Arsenal in the first half on Wednesday but failed to score. Around 30 seconds after the restart, Zlatan Ibrahimovic latched onto a long ball and lifted it over goalkeeper Manuel Almunia.

Ibrahimovic scored his second in the 59th minute when he beat the offside trap.

Theo Walcott pulled a goal back for Arsenal three minutes after coming on as a substitute.

Fabregas was brought down by Carlos Puyol in the 84th and the captain converted the penalty to equalize. Puyol was sent off.
