Mashaba to learn his fate on December 1

Cape Town - Suspended Bafana Bafana head coach Shakes Mashaba's disciplinary hearing has been postponed.

READ: Oh SAFA, just pull the trigger!

The South African Football Association (SAFA) suspended the 66-year-old after Bafana's 2-1 victory over Senegal in their 2018 Soccer World Cup qualifier.

It was reported that Mashaba clashed with SAFA president, Danny Jordaan, just before his post-match interview.

Mashaba was set to stand before the disciplinary committee on Tuesday, November 22 following his post-match reaction.

However, SAFA and Mashaba have agreed to shift the date due to other commitments.

According to Times Live, the new date for the hearing is scheduled for next week Thursday, December 1.

Meanwhile, former Orlando Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic has distanced himself from the Bafana Bafana job, despite widespread media reports.

Newly crowned Mamelodi Sundowns CAF Champions League winning coach, Pitso Mosimane, has also been tipped to return to coach Bafana Bafana after being sacked in 2012.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
