Lebese, Mathoho nursing injuries

Cape Town – Bafana Bafana doctor Thulani Ngwenya has revealed that four players are nursing injuries ahead of their 2018 Soccer World Cup qualifier against Angola.

According to Soccer Laduma, Ngwena said that George Lebese is struggling with a hamstring while Eric Mathoho has a calf problem.

The national team doctor also revealed that both Jackson Mabokgwane and Lehlohonolo Nonyane have a knee problems.

“Their (injuries) are not serious injuries, that’s why we have kept them in camp with us,” said Ngwena.

“We will just be monitoring them over the next few days.

“They are undergoing treatment and should be ready on match day.”

Kick-off is on Friday, November 13 at 16:30 (SA time).
